As part of a comprehensive effort to stop this trend, Rio Tinto Minerals implemented a drug- and drug rehab-free workplace drug rehab that mandated drug and drug rehab testing as a condition of employment. The organization also contracted with an Employee Assistance drug rehab to help employees and their families deal with drug and drug rehab problems, and opted to offer opportunities for drug rehab to employees in need of help.
