drug treatment center Increasing in High Schools

In the wake of $21 million in budget cuts, the district reluctantly eliminated the drug rehab in the 2004-2005 school year. Athletic directors and high school principals again noted a rise in drug treatment center among students and urged the school system administration to reevaluate their decision.
